We have seen in the part on individual motivations and collective needs that it is powerful and natural to convert global interests into local interests. This is, for example, what happens when one receives the salary for one's work. Gamification consists of providing motivations as instantaneous as possible; this is, according to our theory, a good thing when it is done well.

The idea is to gamify the construction of justice and anti-corruption so that it progresses quickly and with many people. To do this, we start from a playground (based on cryptocurrency) and offer a motivation to improve it so that it becomes more just. In the end, we obtain a cryptocurrency usable in real life and associated with rules that make its use just.

From cryptocurrency to social rules

A cryptocurrency is not necessarily neutral; social rules can be added. We do this through rewards and penalties. For example:

This is the threshold beyond which the game becomes motivating. For example, if we start just from the idea proposed here, even though the rewards will be high (because they are fair!), few people will be motivated because the intellectual investment is high.

The critical threshold of improvement

Such a game can stagnate, rot, or improve. Indeed, it is possible that corruption prevails and discourages participants. This is what we currently observe in reality: people seek very little to improve social functioning because the forces of corruption seem to dominate.

It is therefore necessary to start from a sufficiently solid base. Unlike other systems, here the very center is justice and anti-corruption; this therefore offers a much greater force to fight against injustice and corruption. For example, in an association, when a problem of justice or corruption appears, the focus being on the object of the association, it will be much more difficult and complex to improve justice and anti-corruption within it.
